The MX-16 is the flagship of the Cantieri Magazzù fleet, a 55-foot Maxi-RIB featuring the D-Shape system and designed to deliver an exceptional boating experience.
With an overall length of 16.7 metres and a fully walkaround layout, the MX-16 offers outstanding use of space, with wide, uninterrupted passageways that ensure easy and comfortable movement throughout the boat.
The D-Shape system, combined with the latest-generation hull design and advanced propulsion solutions, delivers smooth, safe and high-performance cruising, while maintaining efficient fuel consumption and excellent control even in demanding sea conditions.

The introduction of rigid D-Shape tubes, thanks to their distinctive D-shaped profile, frees up valuable space within the boat and creates wide side walkways, allowing exceptional freedom of movement on board.

IPS
The Volvo Penta IPS 800 propulsion system redefines the cruising experience aboard the MX-16.
The immediate response of the pod drives, combined with the precision of joystick control and outstanding stability at different speeds, ensures intuitive and relaxed handling even in the most demanding cruising conditions.
The result is a feeling of complete control, with optimised fuel consumption, reduced vibration and exceptional acoustic comfort that turns every passage into an exclusive experience.
OUTBOARD
The outboard version of the MX-16 is powered by three 600 hp Mercury engines, delivering a total of 1,800 hp and a top speed of up to 50 knots.
The double-stepped hull, designed to reduce hydrodynamic drag, ensures outstanding performance and improved fuel efficiency while providing a safe, stable and comfortable cruising experience.
The outboard engines can be integrated beneath the aft sunpad, maximising usable deck space while providing greater protection and safety for guests when swimming or accessing the sea.
MX-16: INTERIORS
Featuring two double cabins, a convertible dinette and two separate bathrooms, the below-deck layout is exceptionally versatile, making the MX-16 ideal for both short getaways and extended cruising.
The MX-16 Outboard version also offers the option of a third aft cabin for the crew, making it particularly suitable for owners seeking an ideal balance of practicality, comfort and luxury.
